Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Qualintia provides training & services in QA and other IT services. In certain circumstances when we could not deliver the services as agreed, a refund can be granted based on certain parameters. Common reasons for refund eligibility might include:

    • Participant withdrawal within stipulated time before the training / services begins.
    • Participant withdrawal within a certain timeframe after the training /services have started.
    • Inability to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, family emergency, etc.)
    • Cancelation of the training by the company due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other reasons.

    Refund Process: In such a case of refund, a formal request will have to be raised on the company email stipulated on company website. After a careful scrutiny and discussion, as needed, the company will make a decision on the refund to be provided. The decision will informed through an email.
    • Refund Amount: Based on the situation and nature of reason for the refund, the company will make a decision on either full or part amount to be paid and if there are any deductions, such as administrative fees or charges for materials already provided.
    • Timeframe for Refunds: Depending on the refund decision, the refund will be initiated by the company in reasonable time frame.
    • Exceptions and Special Cases: In case the refund request falls outside the standard refund window, the company will use its discretion to make an appropriate and fair decision.
